Fluffy Pancakes with Blueberries
|175 g self-raising flour|
|20 g hemp powder|
|1 tablespoon baking powder|
|300 ml soya milk|
|150 g blueberries|
|10 g Acai powder|
|2 tablespoon sunflower oil|
How to prepare it?
- Get a large bowl and mix the flour, hemp powder and baking powder.
Add the egg and whisk together with the flour until you get a smooth batter. Then stir 75 g of blueberries and the acai powder.
Heat some oil in a frying pan and add some batter, letting it fry until little bubbles appear. Sprinkle with the rest of the blueberries and some acai syrup.
