Trouble Shooting

1. Q: Why does not the step counter work and clock is 00:00 when I got it?
A: The step counting will not be activated unless you pair the watch by the supporting App with your phone. So please download the App and pair it first. And the clock time will sync with your phone after pairing as well.

2. Q: Why I can not pair it with my phone?
A: First, please make sure the „Location” service of your phone is ON, which is necessary for the Wofit App to find the tracker.
If the tracker rejected to pair, it means the tracker had been connected with your phone directly and the connector had occupied.
Please go to your phone’s Bluetooth setting and DISCONNECT the V100S in available Device listing first. Then you can go back to the App and follow the User Manual to pair it again.

3. Q: There is no temperature function on the tracker? Where can I setup it?

After pairing, please go the Wofit App – Setting- Device V100S – Switch setting to turn on „Temperature” detection or other functions.

4. Q: Why did th tracker disconnect with my phone?
A: The working arrange of Bluetooth is about 33feet, so the connection will drop if the distance between the tracker and phone is out of this range.
But actually most of the functions can work without bluetooth connection excepted the call and sms notifications.
