🐱Step 1 Setup
1. Install food bowl to corresponding position
2. Fill the feeder container with pet dry food (3mm to 15mm in size)
3. The battery compartment can be filled with 4pcs AA batteries(not included) as backup power when there is a power outage (optional)
😺Step 2 Download and Register
Scan the QR code on the manual, download „HiPet” app; Register an account and log in
😸Step 3 Connect to 2.4GHz Wifi
1. Plug the device into a power outlet, the indicator turns green and you will hear „Welcome to use smart pet feeder” after 10 seconds. A few seconds later, you will hear „Start quick configuration” and see the indicator flashing fast, which means it is ready to connect
2. Go to app, click „+” then click „Add a new device”
3. If there is voice prompt or flashing „LINK” indicator, click „The above phenomena were observed”. If no, press and hold the RESET button for 5 seconds to reset it (reset button is on the back of device)
4. Choose a Wifi (2.4GHz only) and enter password, then click „Confirm”
* For dual band width routers, you could set two different SSIDs on your router, one for each frequency band, and then connect to whichever one you want
