Dear Michaela and Dana,
We are a taking the Master in Tourism at the Aalborg University, Copenhagen and for our semester project we are writing about collaborative consumption focusing on dinner sharing platforms.
Our aim is to understand what motivates people to join this kind of activity, how the interaction during the meal unfolds and how people evaluates the experience.
We have a specific focus on the concept of ‘Dine with the Danes’, where tourists can book a dinner with a local host and have a Danish meal. We’re looking for participants for the online survey, who have tried this or something similar in Denmark or elsewhere on their travels in the world.
In connection to this we have created an online survey, which we kindly would like to ask, if it’s possible for you to share on your travel blog?
