Quick Keto Jalapeño Cheese Bread from Keto Friendly Recipes
Makes 4 servings
PREHEAT the oven to 375° F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
COMBINE the mozzarella, Parmesan, and eggs in a bowl and mix until fully combined. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in 4 portions. Top each with slices of jalapeño.
BAKE for 15 to 20 minutes, until the cheese has fully melted and the bread begins to brown.
LET cool for 5 minutes and serve.
