Pesto Spinach Flatbread

Place flour, cream cheese, and mozzarella in a large microwave-safe bowl. Place into microwave on high 45 seconds, then stir.Fold in spinach and microwave an additional 15 seconds. Stir until a soft dough ball forms.Cut two pieces of parchment paper to fit air fryer basket. Separate dough into two sections and press each out on ungreased parchment to create 6” rounds.Spread 1 tablespoon pesto over each flatbread and place into ungreased air fryer basket. Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 8 minutes, turning crusts halfway through cooking. Flatbread will be golden when done.Let cool 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
